On Friday, June 20th, we set out on a last-minute 4-hour fishing tour in the afternoon. The ocean conditions were a little rough, but still safe and workable for an enjoyable trip. Using a combination of trolling and live bait, we targeted mahi mahi and stuck with that focus throughout the outing. The strategy proved successful, as we managed to catch several mahi mahi, with no other species in the mix. The action was steady and rewarding despite the bumpy ride. After returning to shore, we brought the fresh catch to our bar, where it was expertly prepared and served. Enjoying the mahi mahi just hours after catching it made for a perfect ending to a spontaneous afternoon on the water.

We used a combination of trolling, live bait, and artificial lures, allowing us to cover a wide range of fishing techniques and target species effectively. The main success of the day came with several mahi-mahi (dorado) caught, providing plenty of action and excitement for everyone on board. The crew worked efficiently to keep lines in the water and ensure a great experience. It was a fun and rewarding morning, filled with good energy, great catches, and perfect sea conditions.

The weather was absolutely perfect โ€” clear skies, gentle breeze, and warm sunshine set the stage for an epic day of fishing and good vibes. The stars of the trip? Mahi mahi, mahi mahi, and more mahi mahi! These vibrant, feisty fish are definitely the most common catch weโ€™re seeing these days, and the family hauled in plenty of them throughout the morning. Whether trolling along with artificial lures or dropping live bait into the depths, the mahi mahi showed no hesitation to bite. The variety of techniques kept the excitement high, with some great action on the troll and others enjoying the thrill of live bait fishing. The artificial lures did their job perfectly, mimicking the small fish that mahi mahi love to chase. All in all, Saturday, June 14th, was a memorable morning full of smiles, good vibes, and fresh mahi mahi. A great reminder why summer fishing is such a favorite family pastime!
