Background: I grew up on the Beau Vallon Beach. On school holidays, I went to help the fishermen pull in the fishing nets very early in the morning and also I was very interested in water sports. And in the early '70's, I was one of the first local boys to be a waterski instructor and paragliding boat operator. In 1981, I bought my first boat and have been providing private charters since then.
Techniques: Local Traditional Deep-sea fishing- including chumming for Amber jack / trevally- tunas, groupers and snappers- this sort of fishing is an art in itself.

Fantastic trip. Trolling didn’t work for us and didn’t catch anything for the first two hours but after we stopped and dropped the lines we had huge success. Germain and his wife were friendly and professional and went the extra mile to ensure a good time was had by all. Definitely recommend.
