We landed some really big ones and a few that got away, but Jake corrected some of the issues we were having (our technique) and we landed some monsters! Great overall experience. Captain Jake did an outstanding job of explaining how to catch our fish, taking us to great spots, and setting us up for success. Fortunately the fish were biting and we caught our limit within the first hour. He then took us to other locations to catch other fish for us to catch and keep. We chose to go on a larger boat because you never know what the weather is going to do. In true fashion it was a little rough out this morning but the boat was very smooth. The captain worked hard to get us on snapper and we had the majority of our limit early. We hit a couple of other spots looking to fill the last of our limit and ended on a stud. Captain Jake was awesome. tropical depression off the gulf caused an slow start. Captain Jake kept us moving and kept us feeling like fishing. Watched several Charters leave the are and bring home little to no catch. Captain Jake and the Little Red put us on fish on a tough day and we took home enough fish to feed this family of 5 with leftovers for the next day. Thanky you Red Eye. What a fun trip!  Captain Jake put us on fish as soon as we stopped throttling!  He knows where the fish are and is a fun easy to talk to Captain.  We had a large 6 person boat and all 6 of us had fish on within 20 minutes.  I will definitely book again with Red Eye Charters again.  What was awesome was to be welcomed with Captain Gary at the docks who owns Red Eye!  He was excited for our loot and helped Jake clean all the fish.  We cooked up a few filets tonight and omg were they tasty. ...
