Wow it was a beautiful day in the water but the bite was a little slow and the barracudas kept cutting us off , but Caption John and Eddie kept focused on the task and got us some beautiful yellowfin’s on our trip. Our diary time catching these fish. What a fight and one of most delicious fish in the sea. Pelican charters was first rate all the way. I definitely recommend this crew.

Captain and crew worked hard to get bait in the morning.  We searched for tuna all day but it wasn’t until almost dusk that we finally hooked up with a yellowfin.  After a short 5 minutes my 16yo son boated his largest catch, a 160lb yellowfin!

John and Katie were an awesome team! In spite of rough seas and slow fishing, they would NOT stop trying to put us on something! I told them before we left I wanted a billfish more than anything and that’s what we ended up getting. Totally recommend them as well as their lodge!

Great day of fishing with great crew! 10/10 would recommend.
