Background: Since I was a kid, I liked fishing. I live in a fishing village of Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Mexico, in which I grew up happy with ropes, boats, hooks, and fishing on the dock every day. When I was 12 years old, I had my first boat to take care of as I now take care of my fishing boats. I started participating in fishing tournaments in the municipality and the state — I won several tournaments, such as "Andres Garcia Lavin" in Puerto Morelos (1st place), "Riviera Maya International Tournament" in Playa del Carmen, "Prof. Augusto R. Sosa Centeno" (1st place), "Copa Capitan Ferrat International" in Cancun (1st place), and "Rodeo de Lanchas Mexicanas" in Cozumel (1st place). I have also passed to the National of Mazatlan and participated in the World Cup.
Techniques: Our fishing style in the area is using J hooks, lures, and colored plastics. We usually throw two rods in the outrigger, one central, one in the downrigger, and one more in the short side. My favorite style is trolling with lures and Ballyhoo.

Been on many fishing trips in many countries. This crew kept lines cleaned, bait fresh and attentive the entire trip. Didn’t have the best weather (rain- 8-10ft swells) but that didn’t stop them. Nice boat. Plenty of space to move around. Highly recommend.

We booked the full 8 hour day with Jesus but for some reason Pepe was our captain. From the beginning he was pretty standoffish and didn’t talk to us or teach us what he and the crew were doing. When it was clear nothing was biting we did fish for 45 minutes in shallow water and caught some yellow tail snapper but then spent the other 7 hours trolling for bigger fish with no luck. We kept asking to go to shallow water but they insisted on trolling for bigger fish. Totally understand fishing... More

Good morning, an apology, fishing is lucky and we try to fish for you to have fun. If nothing has been trolled, we go down to bottom fish to take out for food and have fun and then we try again to catch bigger fish.
