The captain was amazing.  Great communication prior to the trip and helpful and informative during the trip. He took us out to the most beautiful area that had the most potential for a good catch. Didn’t catch the types of fish we were thinking or the quantity, but you cant predict the ocen . We still caught and had a blast . Safe operator and we would highly recommend.

I’ve been out well over a hundred times and this charter was by far the best! My four sons and I went out yesterday., had the best time ever! Seas were a little rough at first but Captain Dave was on top of it with the skill of a true professional captain! Had a nice haul even in those seas.. 7 King and 5 lane snapper to take home .. Captain Dave even shared his recipe for smoked fish dip..

My family and I really enjoyed our trip with captain Dave.  I made him a little nervous having a bit of a diabetic episode during my trip. But like I told him it was my fault, because I was like one more fish.  Instead of stoping to get a quick bite to eat.  All in all it was a great time and we caught a lot of fish.  The picture above, as well as a ton of Red Snapper that went back into the water.  Also we caught couple awesome sand bar sharks. Our boys had a great time with Captain Dave! They wanted to catch “big fish” and Dave delivered. He was patient with them and answered all their questions throughout the day! He even called ahead to get us out early due to impending thunderstorms. He was professional and super personable. We definitely recommend him!!

We Scheduled a half day trip with captain Dave. He actually called us and asked to move our trip up one day due to bad weather! So we did. Thank god we did because the day we had actually planned would have been raining and very choppy water. Highly recommend that you book with Strippin Lips Fishing Charters.
