My 16‑year‑old son and I had an amazing half‑day trip with Captain Dennis. Captain Dennis was excellent — friendly, personable, and calm, with the kind of demeanor that makes the whole trip feel easy and enjoyable. What stood out most was how much time he spent actually teaching us: best practices, techniques, and little details that helped us catch more fish and understand what we were doing. He truly went out of his way to make sure we had a great time, and it showed from start to finish.

What an incredible trip - calm seas, sunny skies, and one gigantic fish. From the moment we set out we were surrounded by whales, turtles, dolphins and even sharks. A couple hours in, we hooked a 60 lb tuna and Cap’n Dennis and first mate Bill sprang into action to clear the lines and bring the fish in. It was the highlight of my little brother’s bachelor party!

Captain Dennis was great: patient, kind, knowledgeable. We didn’t catch any fish but my 10 year old and I decided to leave early because it was too cold for us.  Dennis used different methods to catch fish since casting wasn’t working. He had all the equipment and materials we needed. We will definitely book with him again when it gets warmer.

The Yellowfin tuna charter was AMAZING.  Captain Dennis and his first mate are the BEST around.  They were very welcoming and really care about your experience.  The trip was exceptional from start to finish and I landed my first Yellowfin!  No matter what trip you book, you’ll have the best time of your LIFE.  I had so much FUN on this trip with GREAT people.  BOOK NOW- You will thank me later!!
