We had some very windy weather but Captain Ross knew enough spots that were mostly out of the wind and we were able to catch plenty of fish. His knowledge of the area and all the spots that hold fish was a huge part of our success. Saw a bunch of different wildlife. Bald eagles, dolphins, otters , pelicans and ospreys.

From booking, to pre-trip communications, to day of experience, Jacob was top-notch. He was fast to respond to questions, set expectations and was great anticipating any potential issues. I gifted this trip to my best friend and his wife as a Christmas gift and it was a blast. We were catching sea trout like crazy and we put flounder, redfish, black bass and yellowtail into the mix. We also got a glimpse of second homes of OC Welch among other things.

The weather turned out not to be perfect, darn cold fronts. Also, probably a little to early in the year. However, Jacob definitely gave a 100% effort in trying to find fish. I wish I was back there now in his boat now that the weather is warming up.

Had a great time with Captain Jacob Ross, our party of 4 got on the water on right away found the fish. As fish do they dont always play along, nonetheless Captain Ross pulled every trick out he had and made the most of the day. Every one of us got on fish and nice fish as well. From big reds to trout and even a bonus sheepshead to top it off. Great Trip with a great guy 10/10 would recommend.
