Especially after we moved trips around that allowed you to make changes to your reservation 1 day before your scheduled departure at no additional charge. (Well under the policy timeline to make changes)

These are the notes you sent us regarding your booking:

Special requests: “We want to catch lots of fish, versus just a few big fish.  Want to fish calm waters.  Let us know whats biting”

We can’t control the weather or how calm the ocean is. But, calm waters as requested are typically closer to shore and the fish are often smaller than what we normally target. I’m glad you still caught 16-20 fish! I hope the fish that the crew cleaned for you, were tasty. I heard they even included a couple fish from the morning trip in your bag.

Thanks for recognizing how friendly our crew is! I will agree with you 100% on that part of your review. They are pretty amazing! 😃 Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. I can assure you it wasn’t for a lack of trying.
