Jason, I hate that you feel this way as I do go out of my way to make sure my customers have a good experience. That being said, I did explain to you on the phone about shark fishing and about that it is not guaranteed. We did everything we could to make that happen. I went as far as calling you to see if you’d like to leave earlier than was scheduled. I understand you had other obligations. I also explained to you why we only set 2 poles out for sharks. We weren’t out there to catch other fish. We were targeting a specific fish. Sharks. Had you booked another type of trip that is offered, I do believe you would have been much happier. If you decide to come back down and take a trip with us again I will make it worth your while.

Hey Michael, this has been the toughest fishing season I’ve ever seen.  That being said, it’s still fishing. We fished our hearts out, I burned the heck out of fuel to make something happen for you. We fished 9 different spots and boated 23 fish. We were only able to keep 3 red snapper and 1 big mangrove snapper.  We always do our best to put you on fish and keep you on fish during the trip.  I apologize for the bite being tough that day, but to give us a review like this is a bit unfair. I’m no god and I can’t make the fish bite every trip. All I can do is leave it all on the table for every charter to have every opportunity possible. We did that for you. I could understand if we didn’t make every attempt to make it happen for you, but you and I both know we did.
