- Captain Marwan Shriem was born in Kuwait, and from a young age was fishing there. In 1990 he moved to the Philippines where he spent the next 5 years mastering many fishing techniques. He then moved to Jordan, where all his efforts paid off in the form of some amazing record-breaking catches. Some of the most notable include the 172 kg Swordfish he caught in the Red Sea, a Tiger Shark in 2000 weighing a staggering 301 kg, and a Wahoo in the Red Sea again, weighing 53 kg. He is very experienced and loves having people on board and sharing his passion with them.
