  6 Hour Trip - Kona Multispecies on August 19, 2026 • 5 adults

  What an AMAZING birthday fishing trip with the Blue Zone Fishing Team on the Big Island! 🎣🌺 We had an absolute blast! We caught 3 tuna, the first one was smaller, but the other two were around 20–40 lbs! We even hooked a marlin! Unfortunately, we lost it, but WOW did that thing put up a fight! 🐟💪🏼 To top it all off, we were surrounded by dolphins, watched tuna jumping all around us, and got to take in the incredible beauty of the island. It truly couldn’t have been a better way to celebrate a birthday! 🎉🌊 Captain Seth was absolutely awesome! He has the perfect personality, incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely fun to spend the day with. He explained everything along the way and even shared the history of the island, which made the experience that much more special. The boat was perfect, comfortable, spacious, and with plenty of shade when we needed it. Having a restroom on board was also a HUGE bonus! Captain Seth even provided a cooler stocked with water, soda, juice, drinks, and a fresh pineapple. 🍍 All in all, this was one for the record books! We couldn’t have asked for a better day, better captain, or better birthday adventure. Would 1000% recommend Blue Zone Fishing Team to absolutely ANYONE and EVERYONE! If you’re thinking about booking a fishing trip on the Big Island, DO IT! You won’t regret it! 🎣🤙🏼🌺

  6 Hour Trip - Kona Multispecies on July 31, 2026 • 2 adults

  If you're fishing in Kona, book with Blue Zone Fishing — full stop. Captain Seth is the best in the business. His knowledge of these waters combined with his scientific background dramatically increases your odds of actually catching fish, and the results speak for themselves: we landed 4 fish on a day when 3 out of 4 boats around us got skunked. That's not luck — that's expertise. What makes it even better is how humble Seth is about it all. No ego, just a genuine passion for fishing and for putting his guests on fish. Hands down the best charter experience I've had. We'll absolutely be back and have already sent people his way.

  Captain Seth for President!!!!

  7 Hour Trip - Kona Multispecies on July 10, 2026 • 5 adults

  I brought 4 teenagers with sky-rocketing expectations to Capt. Seth, early in the morning. And boy, were we in for a treat! Capt. Seth has a unique skill set, in getting everyone involved as a team and all the youngster were spotting and reporting in to our Captain - who was a fountain of knowledge and... above average jokes and warstories ;-) We were taught what to look for - and after an hour and a half, our first (and youngest) angler caught his first Tuna. Capt. Seth called it minutes before. Same procedure, and all spotted and laughed, as we saw the tell-signs and rightly enough, once again - two lines were whining under the pressure of Tuna. On the way back Capt. Seth told us we would get a large fish, most likely (is he a fish-whisperer?) - and after 10 minutes a huge Yellow Finned Ahi-Ahi Tuna got the bait. It bit on a small handheld rod - and the next 2h and 45m we strained to get the 120 pounds beast onboard - standing up and strugling with the Tuna was no joke, and Seth stepped in and helped out when needed. The trip ended with the 4 Tuna onboard and Capt. Seth making us the most fantastic fillets to take home for the barbeque. What a Gentleman. In all seriousness: a trip with Capt. Seth is legend, and I simply cannot recommend him enough. He will conjure your angling dreams into some of the best memories of your life. And that's a fact.   6 Hour Trip - Kona Multispecies on June 8, 2026 • 3 adults • 1 child

  We had an amazing time! Captain Seth was thoughtful and informative. We were instantly welcomed and were completely comfortable asking any questions we had. The wildlife was incredible! There were moments when Flying fish and Shearwater birds surrounded to the boat and we could see the action up close. Captain Seth Foreman went above and beyond to ensure that we caught fish and that we had an exceptional experience. We caught 1 Ulua and 3 Otaru that we were able to keep. We also caught 1 trigger and 1 barracuda that were released. Not only did he explain the fishing techniques, he also talked about the beautiful history and culture of Hawaii. We hope we get to return to the Big Island soon and will definitely book another fishing trip with Captain Seth! This experience is one we will never forget!

  We had an absolutely epic day out on the water with Captain Seth! From the moment we left the dock, it was clear we were in the hands of a true expert. Captain Seth knows these waters like the back of his hand — he took us straight to where the action was. We landed a big tuna AND a record-breaking Blue Marlin! Watching that Marlin fight at the side of the boat was a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Captain was professional, fun, and made sure everyone on board had the time of their lives. If you’re in Kona and want a deep-sea fishing experience you’ll never forget — stop scrolling and book Captain Seth. You won’t regret it!
