Captain and crew were great and inviting. The seas were very rough the day we went out and did not catch any fish, however we did fee them…If we are in Dominican Republic again, we will definitely use this boat and Captain again.

The captain should have let us know that that’s not the time of the season to fish for Maui Maui. I had no clue and we didn’t catch anything.
Got too bites all day I wasted $580 for nothing in the boat smell like diesel fuel all day
I had Captain bring my girlfriend back to shore because she was so sick

we’ve chartered at least half a dozen charters in the last 3 years. First time this has ever happened.
I stuck it out because I wanted to catch fish. We got a half a bite in the afternoon and one bite in the morning.

I usually don’t write reviews for places since I find it time consuming for myself however I felt the need to for this experience. Although the staff and Captain were very nice, friendly and great to communicate with, I believe the main objective of fishing is definitely missed out. It is not guaranteed that you will catch anything meanwhile we were told fishing is best out here in January and February. Apparently Mahi and wahoo were getting caught but our crew kept using trolling methods with artificial lures and not attempting to switch them out after seeing 2 hours in that it was not working and nothing was getting hooked. After booking a 400 USD trip it would of been nice to actually catch something. If you are someone who gets sea sick easily, even the earliest trip at 8AM may leave you feeling nauseous so please be warned. We had to end our trip 1.5 hour early because our family was not used to the conditions. Again the staff was great however our main purpose for attending the trip was missed which should’ve been the main focus in my opinion.
