Boat was set up for bottom fishing.  Exactly what we wanted.  We were able to be active and catch a lot of fish including a large snapper.  Junior and the Capt gave us lots of pointers for catching and hooking. Taught some non fishing people to catch fish as well.  Good with a family of rookie anglers.

Captain Johan and First Mate Junior were awesome. There were four adults and we did the 4 hour 1/2 fishing 1/2 snorkeling charter.  We caught Trigger Fish, Squirrel Fish and Grunts. They were very helpful with fishing tips and tricks.  The snorkeling was great also. When we got back to the dock, Junior cleaned our catch and pointed us to the bar right on the beach who cooked our fish for us. I would highly recommend going with Hooker Charters.

Overall awesome. Went on the 5pm-8pm sunset trip. Stayed relatively close but the kids had more fish on their lines than I could believe. They absolutely loved it. Captain and Mate were awesome and great with the kids. It was hands down the best family friendly trip I’ve ever been on. As a bonus we caught many trigger fish and grouper that were keepers. Captain cleaned and fileted everything then we walked 150ft to the restaurant where they prepared it for us. Can’t say enough good things... More

The Hookers charter boat was a wonderful experience! The crew is so sweet, supportive and attentive! I highly recommend!

We had our family ages 3-52, 11 people. Fishing and snorkeling and every person had a great time! Caught a ton of fish and everyone got to be involved casting and reeling them in. Very knowledgeable guys and so friendly, we laughed and talked and learned along the way. Brought home a couple meals worth with our big group. This is something we don’t get the chance to do in western Kansas and we loved it! Thank you all!
