Background: I am the owner and the operator of Corks And Croakers and I have been fishing the Galveston Bay complex for over 15 years. Boating, fishing, and being on the water are the things I enjoy the most. I have participated in many charity tournaments and guided many anglers in preparation for such competitions. My biggest catch is a 29 inch Speckled Trout.
Techniques: I like to teach anglers the art of live bait fishing to be more successful on the water or off the bank. I enjoy throwing artificial baits as well.

We caught our limit of trout in a couple hours then targeted reds and caught a few good keepers. We learned some good fishing techniques from an excellent guide while having lots of fun. Definitely recommend Mike with Corks and Croakers .

Captain Mike was fantastic! He took us to several different spots to give us a variety of fish to catch and was extremely helpful with instructing and guiding. We caught upwards of 40-50 fish (maybe even more, we started to lose count). I highly recommend booking with him whether you are an experienced fisherman or not!
