An amazing charter with Captain Martinez and First Mate Franco—both men worked extremely hard and were knowledgeable. Within minutes of the first lines going into the water a 250 to 300-pound Blue Marlin was on the line. They both made sure I did not loose this fish and after an hour we got it to the boat (they even took great video footage). The time and financial commitment of the customer and crew makes it unreasonable for zero strikes, bites, or sightings. We explained before the trip we didn’t care what we caught as long as we caught something. The crew put in the time but we left feeling they didn’t care if we caught fish or not.

We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations for your deep sea fishing charter of catching a fish. The Captain and crew take their job and comments received seriously and of course were very disappointed with yours. The Crew always try their best to catch, but there are no guarantees. Fishing is not an exact science, is a sport with many variables including, but not limited to, not catching fish.

Capt. Pitain and his mate Franco were great. The vessel was clean and well organized. They were both accommodating. While the cards weren’t in our favor for Marlin we did catch fish still and had a great father/daughter day together on the water. I will for sure book again if we find ourselves back here in the future
