Rough waters but we caught a sail fish. Had to go back early because one of the boys was too seasick to keep going. Captain did call us to tell us before the trip that it was rough out there and we decided to go anyway. I think it was very responsible of the Captain to warn us and let us make our own decision. I really appreciated that.

We had a once in a lifetime experience on the Legend with Captain Pitain and Franco. Captian Pitain found a school of mahimahi. Immediately after, Franco had 4 reels with fish on it was an amazing experience catching so many fish!!! Total count was 24 mahi mahi. Franco was so efficient changing the lines and adding new bait , helping guide us to reel in the lines. Never thought we would catch so many. They were just jumping out of the water! An amazing charter with Captain Martinez and First Mate Franco—both men worked extremely hard and were knowledgeable.  Within minutes of the first lines going into the water a 250 to 300-pound Blue Marlin was on the line.  They both made sure I did not loose this fish and after an hour we got it to the boat (they even took great video footage).  Caught a wahoo and Mahi Mahi and then again the line went screaming—and another, roughly 180 pound, Blue Marlin was on the line and we... The time and financial commitment of the customer and crew makes it unreasonable for zero strikes, bites, or sightings. We explained before the trip we didn’t care what we caught as long as we caught something.  The crew put in the time but we left feeling they didn’t care if we caught fish or not.
