It is unfortunate to hear about your experience on our charter trip and we are happy to hear that at least you had a good experience with Joel.

We do want to address something that you mentioned in your review. Our company has been operating for almost 15 year (comes with experience and knowledge) and we’ve had our best times and our worst, however our service has always been one of the best on the Island.
Therefore your statement ‘we are in it just for the money’ is not the best way to go about it especially going on what you’ve heard from someone else (most probably a competitor or a friend of such / or even our colleagues) . We’ve always humbled ourselves and gave the best service we possibly can. But in this journey, we’ve also learned that we cannot please everyone and it saddens us that it had to be your experience. We do apologize if the captain may have offended you in anyway and for any inconvenience we may have cost you.

We hope you do (did) enjoy the rest of your vacation and we hope you have a better experience on one of the other great charters Aruba has to offer.
