We had a wonderful day fishing. It was really rough but the capt was still able to get us on fish. These guys go above and beyond to make sure you have a great fishing trip. We ended the day with a bunch of barracuda and 1 Mahi plus a few missed strikes.

We had a decent day on the water. Our capitan did not speak much English. We did catch some smaller snapper and jacks trolling near flats and reef.
I wanted to fly fish and we found a couple of permit by chance. We did not hook them but had a couple of shots. Par for permit.
The boat was equipped for trolling and had a couple of lures for casting. I don’t believe there was any bait. The captain did what we wanted, but we seemed very limited by our tackle and location. The language barrier made it hard to understand details and reasons.
I would recommend this trip for beginners who just want to catch a fish. If you speak good Spanish you may do better.

Fishing was slow but the crew worked their butts off to catch the few we did. Super nice guys. Recommended.
