From start to finish we had amazing time with Captain TJ on High Cotton.  We were a group of 5 with three teenage boys and a few of us had never been offshore fishing before.  TJ showed everyone the ropes and put us on the fish.  We limited out on red snapper, hooked up on 4 sharks and also caught a bonnito and triggerfish.  Six hours wasn’t long enough…we wanted more!  Awesome trip and we will be booking with TJ again when we come back!

Being Florida panhandle locals we’ve done our fair share of fishing trips and we had a blast with captain TJ and crew. If you’re in the Destin area and looking to fish check him out.

I will be fishing with Captain TJ next time I’m in Destin. Was the first off-shore fishing experience for my kids (8 & 11) and they absolutely loved it! We caught a ton of fish and my daughter even said it was better than the beach.

We asked to catch a few snapper for our cookout and they delivered! Then we asked to catch a big fish and within 5 minutes we hooked up to a 300 lb shark and got it to the boat! Excellent fishing trip👍

Great day of fishing!  We were first timers so Dylan spent some time teaching, baiting rods and basically making sure everyone was doing what they should be.  We fished in several locations and everyone caught fish. For us, the 4 hour trip was enough, but depending on what types of fish you want to catch, I recommend inquiring on the best length of trip for what you want to catch.  Afterwards, Dylan filleted our catch ( red snapper) and we took them to a restaurant right there at the pier and they cooked them for us. Sooo good!
Also wanted to add a few comments about the boat itself. It has a bathroom and a large air conditioned area you can sit , cool off and get out of the sun. The boat is a little bigger than some of the others I was looking at when booking this trip. The water was a little rough at the start of our trip, so glad I went with this bigger boat and Captain TJ.
