Concerning the payment on the beach, I asked if you were to pay now, and you said Here? I told you yes please, but that was not a requirement to get on the boat, in almost the all tours from Playas del Coco, i try to get the money from the clients, if the want to pay on the beach, some people offer me to pay before to get onboard!

Concerning the tips, the writing say: 20% is recommended to give to the crew, It depends on the clients how much they give, it is not a requirement, but a recommendation.

I believe your disagreement, but I’m not going to question the experience of the 55-year-old captain!
