This was by far the best charter I have ever had, even better than the one I took in the Florida keys. Rodney was an amazing captain and got us on the fish fast. After about 10 minutes of him getting the lines in, we had a fish on it. We caught multiple red drums, bonnet head sharks, and a couple black tip sharks. We were catching left and right and had to start releasing them! I would definitely charter with Olivia Charters again and especially with Rodney! Thank you again for an amazing experience!

I have had several charters but Captain Rodney and Captain Ethan are hands down the greatest experience I have personally had. For starters, only me and my friend had booked the trip several weeks ago and expected others (folks we don’t know) to be on the trip as a shared charter. Unfortunately the others cancelled, but Captain Rodney didn’t even contact us to reschedule or cancel. Instead this man and his son took the time to take two old men from Oklahoma out on the water and try to put us on the fish. Not only did he put us on them, he had us reeling in fish almost from the start. I know I am personally blessed to have some awesome memories with one of my best friends and two new great guys (Captain Rodney and Captain Ethan). Thanks again for the great time boys and we will definitely see you again soon.

Planned on taking my son and some friends offshore fishing, but due to weather issues, we had to make a last minute change to an Inshore Adventure. The Captain and deckhand were awesome and made the trip enjoyable for everyone. All the boys caught some fish and were happy at the end of the day.

I can’t support Olivia J enough. My son and I took this charter for his 13th birthday present and they delivered. Now I guess most people would read this review to see if we were able to catch a bunch of fish; which we absolutely did! However what will bring me back is their down to earth attitude, helpful ness, and overall vibe. These are my type of people. Hardworking and more concerned with us having a good trip than we were. It didn’t feel like I was a client. We got along so smoothly and the conversation was great! I’ll be planning both state and federal water trips in the future with Olivia J. Thank you guys for making my son’s birthday a memorable celebration!!!

Capt Rodney and Josh were great. We were fortunate to get the first calm day of red snapper season. Rodney found 2 spots with fish we were happy with (I’m used to Colorado trout) but he decided to keep looking for the big ones and it paid off.  It was all they could do to keep getting us bait as we were getting big bites immediately on every line.  Pulled in some real nice fish (3-4 times the size we were originally catching) and hit our limit fast.  We could have caught triple the limit. 
We then moved to kingfish and managed to land 6 (the ones we reeled in before the barracudas got them. 

Overall, awesome time. Perfect for salt water novices but I have no doubt Rodney can provide a great experience for any level of angler.
