We are sorry you did not enjoy your trip.  We worked hard to try to find the “Big” fish you wanted.  We caught a couple small 3 foot sharks to start then tried 3 more spots to no avail.  We did catch many fish just not big ones.  We are sorry a couple folks in your party got sea sick even though it was a super calm day, and out of our control.

You one star review with no details is a mystery.  I would think if the trip was so bad you would have some details as to why.  I can assure you my crew is not a 1 star crew we treated you and everyone onboard with respect and worked hard by trying Multiple spots, technics, and baits. I can also assure you our vessel is not a 1 star vessel. We keep it very clean, up to date, and safe. 

I tried to contact you so I could get some feedback as to what we could have done better, but unfortunately you pushed me to Voicemail.

Wallace thank you for fishing with us. I’m sorry you did not enjoy your trip and that we had to return back to dock early due too a person in your party getting sea sick.  In the time we did have we caught some red snapper though not keeper size we did catch fish. We were able to make one move before having to go in.  Once we returned I discounted the trip and you left a tip as well. Many other charter companies would not have discounted the trip. I do feel that a 2 1/2 review is quite harsh. I worked hard to make the trip enjoyable as possible checking on the both of you on the way out, baiting hooks and taking fish off for you.  I’m alway kind and courteous.  Please feel free to contact me to let me know what we could have done better given the circumstances.
