Sorry your trip did not live up to expectations.  In our experience in the locations we tried if the fish were there and feeding we would at least get bites quickly.  I did not want to waist time staying in a spot and not getting bites.  The average run time between spots was about 15 minutes.  With the cost of fuel I would have loved to have been able to catch the “Big fish” you wanted in one or two spots. We worked hard allday trying many spots we have caught fish before.  But the big fish was not in the cards.  We put in about 30 minutes of extra time due slow fishing.  That extra time produced some nice Mahi a fish your Son said was a fish he always wanted to catch.

We are surprised by your review, and does not line up with what was said after the trip.  When you all got back from your trip everyone was smiling, joking and saying you all had a good time.  Everyone tipped as well.  We did have a hiccup and miss understanding during the payment process that was remedied.  We strive to provide a fun and productive trip. Thank you for fishing with us.  I’m a little disappointed with the 3 stars over all.  We had a very young girl that got very sick and had to return early for safety reasons.  In the hour or so of fishing we had we caught a nice kingfish 3 sharks and a number of small snapper.  I only collected enough money to cover my cost and offered to take you out in the afternoon at no additional cost to you because of the shortened trip.  We strive to please everyone.  But safety will always trump fishing.
