Here Nancy from sales department, we find a bit shocking your review. First time we have got this feedback and comments about the crew especially referring to the crew not working hard enough. I know for a fact that the crew you had loves fishing more than anybody, and if there was somebody wanting fish that day it would be them.
As soon as we got your mesaage spoke to the crew inmediatly and got their side of their story. You guys arrrived late to desired departure time and captain didnt even reproted that on his log and he decided to give additonal time to compensate the late departure. I got an image of the track during your charter (im attaching it) and surprisingly the crew even went to a further island past Taboga which was the destination you paid, again looking for fish.
About the overcharge it was a mistake with the credit card and as the crew stated it was immediately adressed and refunded the $100 cash being delivered to you in person at your hotel. Total trolling time was 4 hours and 25 minutes (not 2 hours) and vertical jiggin time was a 1 hour and 30 minutes (not 30 minutes) you guys jigged in 4 different marked spots were we normally get very good fishing. Unfortunately your day fishing conditions were not as we would have loved to be! About the bait its impossible to get live bait these time of the year if not we would have had plenty, (as you can see in the profile, we have live bait depending of the season). As you saw the gear on board there was both, trolling and jigging live bait gear. About the price we invite you to look in the market and you will find there is no a better deal than the one you got for a better price with: bilingual crew, all inclusive (except meals), flexible with departure, guided tour explaining surroundings, making sure you took as much advantage of your time like offering alternatives like stopping at Taboga for lunch or even giving an extra tour around Panama Bay before returning to port which you all semmed to enjoy, we own our boats therefore you are dealing with the source, best deals than the one you got don’t exist is Panama. Again our intentions are to offer a top of the line experience and you seemed to not have it… let us know if you are back in Panama and we can offer a special deal

Thank you for taking your time to write, we definetly value a lot our clients reviews. These time of the year water is really cold and we basically target bottom species and this is done with deepdivers, therefore we try not to use that many lines in the water because deepdivers are extremely easy to get tangled, so the most common setting is triangle shape rigging, about the lures tottally unacceptable, this was the captains resposability fortunetly we have a station and the island so he was able to get some additional lures for the afternoon fishing session. Keep in mind that when our dockmaster offered the courtesy land transportation the day before your departure, he also mentioned that there was going to be spearfishing gear on board which was one of the specialities of the season since as you noticed cold water had fishing condittions a bit low. As you noticed at the end of the day your boat caght the most fish of all the boats out that day!
