Hi Isabelle, i am very sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our trip.

You booked our cheapest boat knowing that you have problems with your husbands leg (as you told our guide Andrew on the trip) there was 3 other boat options to choose from, to have bigger and more comfortable boat on this website.  I have asked our guide, Andrew, if there was anything that would have made you guys give as an “AVOID” review, and this was his reply.

His leg was injured or something wrong.  We trolled to Bedford, was dead, got to pungumwe, and he said he wanted to go back, on the way back we saw a tuna feed,had 3 cast and we got a tuna, he didn’t want to take the rod to fight the fish. After landing the fish,  I asked, “Do you want to still try get more tuna? And he said yeah sure.
Tried more, but the tuna went down.
Then we went back to Bedford and trolled a bit, and he wanted to go back.
He kept saying his leg was taking strain.

We have all these reviews of how good and nice the charters were (despite the cheap boat that you saw and booked before) and you still come and say that the people need to avoid the trip, we even gave you free transportation from and to your hotel as a favour. Normaly, a taxi will charge you at least 50-70$

Please check the rest of the reviews on your next charter and decide properly who and which boat you book.
