We are sorry this was such an awful experience for you, Elvin. Being a charter fishing vessel we have rules and regulation to follow, especially when it comes to the size of fish. If you chose not to follow them we have no desire to have you aboard our boat. We will not cut our fish tails short and we take care of the oversized fish that we catch. It is required by law for any fish less than 28 inches and greater than 31 inches to be returned immediately to the water without avoiding injury to the fish. Our customers are given ample time to take a picture or two and then we require the fish to be put back into the water. Your foolishness on our boat is not something we allow. There was no lack of fish and, to refresh your memory, it was your suggestion to cut your trip 45 minutes short. We will also kindly replace the rod that was broken at no charge to you. There is no reason for the profanity and we apologize for that but there was no reason to continuously push our buttons and not follow any rules. We hope you will learn to respect those who own and operate charter fishing vessels and will find a fishing experience elsewhere.
