He’s been a USCG licensed Master Captain since 1992 and he currently holds a Near Coastal 100-Ton License as well. Before starting his own business, Capt. Bill worked as a captain on other fishing charters and operated private tugboats and barges off of the East Coast. After years of hard work and dedication, he bought his own boat, started running his own charters, and he’s loved it ever since. Capt. Bill invites families and kids of all ages to join him on an exclusive adventure and catch loads of exciting fish with Starship Charters!
