🎣 Had an absolutely epic day on the Salt Shaker Sports Fishing Charter with my son, brother-in-law, and nephew! Captain Dan and first mate Connor are an unbeatable team! From the moment we arrived, their professionalism shone through. They’re not just honest, they’re 100% upfront about whether it’s going to be a good day for fishing or not. No wasting time or money!

🚤 Once aboard, Captain Dan asked us what we wanted to do. His plan to fill the box with slot fish first and then go for the slobs was spot-on, and that’s exactly what we did! Connor, the first mate, was a pro at cleaning the fish exactly how we wanted.

🐟 The knowledge these guys have about local fishing spots is impressive. They made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip, and even advised us on what to bring. The boat was spacious enough for the four of us, with plenty of room for two more if needed. We loved having four fighting chairs!

💪🏼 At one point, we had a triple hook up and landed all three bass! The boys (and honestly, all of us) left with seriously tired arms after jigging for hours. But seeing those huge fish come over the rail into the boat? Pure excitement!

We have been fishing stripers on the Cape for over 25 years and never had such a perfect day. Weather was great, seas calm, and fish present. What made it truly special was the Captain Dan and his First Mate Tommy.

Just a smooth operation from start to finish. Tommy did a great job explaining the plan for the day and giving great instruction to my nephews.

This is my new annual charter moving forward for sure.

Went out with 4 kids, they were great with the kids and patient. Taught them how to do it and we caught a ton of striper!! Couldn’t recommend them more, awesome boat with tons of space and you could tell they knew where the fish were, we were on fish within 5 minutes of starting to fish and caught fish for all 4 hours, awesome guys that were fun to talk to as well, 10/10.

Captain Dan “hunted” fish. We did not follow the rest of the fleet, he had his honey holes and we slammed them!  At one point we had a triple. (all three poles fighting fish) Everyone(including Captain and Mate) were going nuts. What a blast! Won’t ever go out again on any boat except the Salt Shaker!!

Captain and crew clearly knew where the fish were and how to put us in the best position to catch fish and the day was great with 12 fish caught amongst our 4 people.  we’ll be back next year!
