Captain Mendez and his crew made sure we had a great time on his boat. He consulted with us and set a plan for the 5-hour trip. Everyone was friendly Captain and crew were as happy with the catches as my son. This trip was a highlight for my teen son.

We trolled for several hours with no luck hoping to land a rooster fish. Ended the day with some good bottom fishing and landed 6 red snapper. Juan Carlos cut up the best ice cold pineapple my wife and I ever had.  He worked hard for us.

We could catch an amazing sailfish. The sailfish trip is very long because the boat is not very fast, and you don’t have much action but it’s a great experience if you can catch one. I brought my rod so I could also catch a bonito and a jack. The captain Mendez provided a very good service, he prepared a nice plate of “ceviche” with the Bonito I caught. Also he provided a chicken sandwich, pineaple, water, tea and beers. 

Great captain and crew. Boat had plenty shade so it was comfortable on a hot day. Saw a turtle, couple pods of dolphin, a big school of rays, and possibly a whale. Caught bonito, red snapper, and a tiny grouper. Would definitely recommend

We had a great time.  The crew worked very hard but we weren’t able to catch any big fish for the day but did get a couple of sea bass and snapper.  During our trip the crew cut up some pineapple and also made us ceviche from the sea bass we caught for an unintended lunch.  We then took the snapper with us to have for dinner.  Even without catching big fish the service was great and it was very enjoyable.  Thank you for the great experience.
