Hello Bill.  Thankyou for your review. I’m sorry we did not live up to your expectations and definitely dissappointed my crew did not make you feel welcome.  I’ve followed up with the crew already and can say this won’t be happening again (Capt Trish is no longer with us).  Deep Sea Fishing can be very tricky in putting people on the hook and does require some patience. Its not always catching. Birds do indeed tend to indicate Tuna, and Jeffery the mate did state we got you on the hook a few times but unfortunately could not be pulled in fast enough to avoid it being taken by the shark.
