I am very sorry about the confusion on the pricing.  Despite several discussions with Fishing Booker, which we now have corrected, the difference is a fuel surcharge which we had to implement when our fuel prices jumped from $5.10 to $7.80 per gallon. We just couldn’t absorb that anymore.  My apologies for the confusion around that. The total additional cost was $123.00

When you booked you inquired how far away you were.  I decided to provide you FREE Shuttle service since you were close by and I also discounted your trip for the extra person which normally we charge $50. We also provided a $25 discount since you did not bring enough funds. Total discount provided equalled $274, which ended up more than double the fuel surcharge.

The crew on Angler Management that took you out know how to work the lines. The Captain , just the previous weekend won Four First Prizes at the Annual Wine Cellar Fish and Golf Tournament Turks and Caicos. You can check it out if you google it.  We also have many many top reviews .  Although we didn’t get you on the hook that day, we are disappointed with that just as much as you are. Unfortunately most people that fish understand that we cannot control the fish and when they bite. Once again , we are sorry that the fish didn’t bite that day. We hope you enjoyed the remainder of your stay in Turks and Caicos Islands and return again to the island.

We know we have top notch boats and our equipment is top notch as well. We are disappointed with your review. As local people dependent on people enjoying themselves we obviously failed in this regard. For you to provide us such a low review on our boats is quite hurtful.  I can understand a lower review if our boat was dirty, and did not function properly, but this was not the case. Our crew did the best they could and all the other numerous positive reviews show this.
