Well I got into a bad work accident, I decided if I was going to die at work I rather die fishing! So I opened a charter business and got my captains license. I like to fish because it's not a team sport: you don't need anyone to do it and when you add people it just gets better! My favorite species are Snook, Reds, and Cobia .

What a beautiful day in the Everglades, it was i had a half day charter with two fly fisherman from Philadelphia. The day started off nice caught a couple of trout in the backcountry then one of them said they always wanted to see the shark river and we ended up going to the shark river for a couple of hours to finish ended up catching a lot of snapper and speckled trout. After the trip, I laid their catch and they had the local restaurant inside Everglades national Park Cook the fish. What a lovely feast they had. I appreciate your business. Incredible day on the water fishing the Everglades with Kirk on his birthday. We started about 8 AM in the morning drove down to flamingo boat ramp in Everglades national Park in Homestead, which is a 38 mile drive into the park down to the boat ramp, I dropped the boat in the water at the boat ramp, and we proceeded to start our day fishing Everglades National Park first place we stopped we got a couple mangrove snappers and a nice snook . we moved through Joeโ€™s River heading to Ponce de Leon and the shark river to fish for snook and tarpon. We stopped along the way at a little spot that I have for snappers and boy did we clean house we mustโ€™ve caught at least 9 to 10 snappers 13 to 14 inches for my clients to take home for dinner. We finished up there and headed to the shark river where we caught a bunch more snappers sheep, head, and black drum before we knew it time was flying by and we had to head back to the boat dock .what an incredible trip we had a special one because it was Kirkโ€˜s birthday and he caught all of his target species. I really appreciate you guys coming down to visit me in the Florida Everglades and Fishing. I hope you enjoyed your experience and please come back and visit me real soon thanks Captain Joey

A big thank you to the Parrish family they came to the Everglades and had a outstanding experience in the park. They booked their Fishing Trip at an Eco tour. And really immerse themselves in Everglades National Park caught tons of Fish they even took home a couple of snappers to see how the local fish tastes. Congratulations guys. Well, todayโ€™s winds were blowing around 30 miles an hour. Weather was rough 2 to 3 foot sees. From the moment we dropped the boat in the water was pretty rough, but my client said they wanted to proceed so we did we decided to do the interior of the park because the winds were just so bad it was really our only option. We finished buttonwood and Tarpon Creek and caught a couple nice snook and some pretty nice size Redfish halfway through the trip we decided to make the run to the shark river, we fished around there for about another hour and a half. Then we started to head back Fish Tarpon Creek and got a nice grouper and black drum. Everybody was very happy end of the trip. Thanks for choosing **hidden content** thank you guys, Captain Joey.

This was a cool fishing trip. I had a father contact me wanting to take his two sons fishing and also bring a friend along for the trip. I said no problem. They were camping in the park overnight and wanted to go fishing the next day. We dropped in the water about 9 oโ€™clock, and we fished all the way from buttonwood channel to shark River We end up catching a lot of nice species of fish, snook, snapper sheep, head along with Lady fish and some other others. It was my pleasure showing these guys around the Florida Everglades and what a way to cap off a camping trip. Good luck guys hope to see you guys real soon in the future . Well, the weather man said it was only supposed to be blowing 10 to 15 miles an hour but he always lies more like 20 to 25. This morning started out pretty good. Got a couple trout snooks early and snapper tons of ladyfish everywhere ended up going all the way to the shark river and thatโ€™s on one of my clients got lucky caught a goliath grouper but just a beautiful day out in the Everglades. Lots of snook Are biting right now and she had her out there too full day charter my clients were very happy thanks for choosing Joeyflats **hidden content** Hope to see you guys in the future.
