My family of 5 had such a great time with Jacob.  He was very knowledgeable and shared a great deal about sockeye salmon fishing and the surrounding wildlife.  Jacob had my entire family cracking up laughing when the fishing was slow.  Our trip was unfortunately at the very beginning of the sockeye running season, so there were not many running the river yet.  Still, Jacob was able to get us on the fish.  There were many around us the were not so lucky. Scenery was ok. Guide did his best but one bite in 8 hours is pretty rough. Don’t recommend early season King Salmon. Wait for the sockeyes and silvers.

Our trip with Captain Jesse was great!  While it did rain all day and fishing was so, he kept moving us until we found fish!  He was a great teacher and did an excellent job of showing us how to fish for Sockeye. We brought home 11 fish and compared to what other people caught it was a lot!  I would highly recommend this trip and having Captain Jesse as your guide!

Our guide Jess was charismatic and a very fun guide who knew what he was doing and had fun doing it. He was very hard working and put us on fish !

Looking to book another trip in July! Everyone hit the jackpot ! Salmon getting hooked by all , our group seemed to be doing the best by far! Captain was tops!
