It was our first time on a drift boat and Michael made a great experience. The sockeye salmon were there and he worked extremely hard to put us on them and keep us on them but the bite just wasn’t there that day. It was awesome scenery and fun watching the fish jump all around us though. Would highly recommend Michael and this trip, especially when the run is further along. He knows what he is doing, is extremely hard working, and personable. Would definitely book with him again.

I recently went on a fishing trip with a young man named Michael, who served as my guide. He was not only knowledgeable and helpful but also a pleasure to be around. We caught fish, and he made the entire experience enjoyable. It was my first time trying this type of fishing, and Michael was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide.

We spent a wonderful day on the Kasilof River. Ron, our boat guide, was fully committed and made the day unforgettable. The entire Discover Alaskan Adventures team is highly recommended. We’re already looking forward to booking another trip next year.
