Captain Agoney was very kind, patient, and beginner-friendly, which made the trip super enjoyable. Fishing starts with catching live bait fish which is super fun. Later we caught massive barracuda and a red snapper. During the trip, we were also offered a croissant and a drink (Coke, beer or water), which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this fishing trip!

I spent a nice and successful day (8h trip) under the guidance of Captain Agoney. On his recommendation we rescheduled the trip due to strong winds which was a good decision. We set off on time and discussed various options. It took a while to get the first bite. However, in the end we were successful catching two tunas trolling and two nice Mahi Mahi on a spinning rod. I would definitely book Resacca Fishing Charter again, friendly and experienced captain!

spent a great day fishing with captain Agoney. Bite was a little slow but well worth it once you hook into a fish. freshwater fisherman beware, these fish fight like nothing we have. they are built for speed and power.

Do as the guy tells you and you will have a great time. You also really need to concentrate when catching bait and not treat it like bit of fun, the more bait you catch the better the fishing.
