This trip was great! We had a couple of hours trolling and bottom fishing during which my son and myself caught numerous different fish while also being lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins! Then we asked to go to the Lobos lagoon for some snorkelling as my wife and daughter weren’t fishing. We swam with loads of fish, had some lunch and then got the opportunity to have a 10 minute blast around the island on a water taxi speedboat courtesy of a friend of the captain. After that we were offered some Cava while the red snapper we had caught were prepared for us to take back and BBQ.

This was a trip for just my daughter and me. You need to not be too British about the communication, Agoney will contact you with details but probably the night before the trip! The trip went to plan and all was good - we were unfortunate in the fact we did not catch but it had apparently been a tough time with very few catches over the last few weeks. We even went over a shoal of feeding tuna three times with no luck, so just wasn’t meant to be.
My bugbear and hence rating the overall experience as average is the cost and how this works through the fishingbooker site. You are quoted a price in GBP, pay a deposit in GBP and then get a notification of the remaining balance in GBP. The problem with this is that it is unclear what you will actually have to pay on the day, it would be far clearer to tell the customer what the Euro or appropriate local currency balance will be, thus avoiding any confusion or issues.

ae are not experienced fishermen but had a fantastic day we explained we did not know what we was doing so the the captain helped us through all day he picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel showed us how to use the rods and found some great fish.  many thanks will definitely be doing this again

Overall the trip was good the skipper did try to catch fish and that is what we did .Down side was the trip was booked for the morning but had to be cancelled due to others not turning up.I was given alternate days or times though so went the same day in the afternoon. Staff friendly. Would definately go again. Caught my first Tuna.
