The Captain, Jac Tapp, was on time and prepared for our 7:00 AM half day trip offshore. After briefing the passengers on safety protocol we headed out. We went out 20-30 miles and caught a good bunch of fish.  No real big ones but the full moon probably had a lot to do with that as well.  I caught a real nice grouper but it was out of season for them (I knew this going in).  Towards the end of our fishing time we hooked a big shark and myself and 2 sons took turns trying to get him in.  Man those things are strong but after 30 mins the shark bit the line and it cut.  Was very exciting even though we didn’t get it in.  The power they have... Captain Zach took my girlfriend and I to 2 different spots over 20 miles out and we were constantly bringing up fish! Very knowledgeable of the area and friendly.  We caught plenty of Red Grouper,  Gag Grouper, Red Snapper, Yellow Tail Snapper and some Key West Grunt.  Some we obviously had to throw back and some we could keep. 10/10 will book again when I come back this way.  Hopefully for something bigger next time.

Zac and Ralph were awesome! Super patient, great teachers, and we caught dinner with lots of leftovers! We decided to reschedule our original booking due to weather conditions. Which we appreciated! It worked out better than we expected and we had a blast, especially our teenager. You officially have a repeat customer on our Florida trips!
