- Captain Travis has fished his whole life. Having grown up in Washington, he fished the entire state and the coast of Washington. He later moved to Oregon where he took up fishing in the shallow waters and in the ocean. Captain Travis is a fun and lovable person whose previous guests have all enjoyed spending time with, and most of whom are repeat customers. He accredits his love of fishing to his late mother who is known to their family as Granny Jean. Captain Travis says his late mother was an avid fisherwoman who had instilled the love of fishing in him from a young age.
