A very pleasant day out. Captain Jason knows his trade, he put us on fish and shared a lot of local knowledge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our morning out on the water, Jason our captain was awesome! Although we didn’t catch any edible fish, we caught lots of smaller fish, (can’t help spawning season). Couldn’t have asked for a better day out on the water!

i went with my husband who loves fishing and is his favourite sport/hobby of his. he loved it that much that i also gave it a go (someone who cant fish to save her life) but actually enjoyed it and caught a fish. we definitely will be back and loved the experience. jason was amazing and was so patient while trying to teach me the basics 10/10 would recommend

Jason was great. At first the fish did not want to bite, but he kept at it. We landed several fun catches, including a huge Nanny Gui (AKA Red Snapper). My son had the time of his life.

Jason is a neat guy with a great attitude, Fishing was off ; weather wasn’t helpful so had to fish the estuary instead of heading out to the reef. Really enjoyed getting on the water and would recommend Akula as a solid charter operator.
