met captain deiter at buster boy landing he worked very hard to get us on fish, was very hot, mayflies everywhere , but he kept going , answered every question in depth, we caught 9 catfish, a lot of white pearch for bait , then he gave me most of them, we stayed well past time time , i had a great day , i give him 10 stars great guide hope to fish with him again   chuck caldwell

Dieter Melhorn is a great fishing guide!!! He was great with my kids. He worked hard on putting us on fish all day long.  Dieter will answer any questions you have about fishing and loves talking fishing.  I am looking forward to going on another trip with him in the fall.

We had a blast with Dieter. He was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Wanted to get on the lake and catch some big cats and was not disappointed.  Well over 100lbs in the boat today and my son left with sore arms!  Dieter was great with my son and very friendly and easy to talk with.  Will book again in March or early April.
