Captain Peters worked very hard to make sure everyone was fishing, even putting the bait on our hooks for much of the time. I don’t think he ever sat down. Great attitude and works hard to make sure you have fun. My only negative on the trip was the fact that we were using dead Salmon for bait. I have fished salt water since I was 13 yrs old and primarily for Redfish but never heard of using dead bait for a predator fish. My friends and I had a great time laughing and joking and most of all catching fish. Capt John did a great job. I highly recommend him. We will be giving him a call the next time we in Port O’Connor.

We had a great time fishing for slot reds with Jon! The boat and the bay were beautiful and we learned a lot about fishing in the shallows. Jon was entertaining and informative and we are all planning on another trip soon.
