Josh knows his waters, no question.  He adapted the plan to suit the conditions and we had fish in the boat on the first cast.  He even put my daughter on the fishy side of the boat.  I’m pretty sure we put 50 + fish in the boat in 4 hours, we lost count early.  I’d recommend Grand Slam Miami charters all day long.  WELL worth the money.  I’ll be back in September for Tarpon and Redfish, even at the height of Striper and Albie season back home.  Thanks for a great day on the... Capt josh is great Capt great communication before trip. We had a swordfish in the boat 1hr 45mins leaving the dock and put some mahi in the boat. He explains everything he does to catch fish from electronics to how to set out baits and most importantly how put fish in the boat. I highly recommend Capt josh you won’t regret it.

My son and I had a great time with Captain Holmes.  It was a challenging day with 20+ mph winds and choppy water but we managed to fish the reefs and catch several yellowtail snapper, Grouper, Cobia, and Mutton snapper.  He is a great guy and as a South Florida native, he knows the water well.  Highly recommended.

We have been on 5 Charters in Florida now and the only one worth even giving a review is this one with capt Josh. If you want a Capt. who is willing to go all out, to make sure sure you have a great experience and catch great fish, then Grand Slam is the way to go. Josh is incredibly knowledgeable, has great gear, and is very personable, answering every question you can come with about fishing the Keys. My next trip will be with Josh, 11 Mahi, 3 tuna, and a Wahoo was a great day.
