Getting up and getting out to the fishing spot early is the best way to go. Captain and the backup crew were very conscientious about getting the fish prepped rapidly so it did not spoil since it was so hot.

The captain put us on fish when other boats were not catching anything.  We caught our limit of mahi and then bottom fished and caught yellow tail, bonito, lots of bass, white fish, etc.  great day

Had a great time on Rubio sport fishing boat today. Our captain Antonio wasn’t afraid to move around until we found the fish. He was also patient with me and let me find my style of fishing that worked for me.

The boat and captain were fantastic . Not only did we see and catch fish, but we saw many many other wonderful things like dolphins, Birds , andmanta rays and hooked into an exceptional Marlon. Another one chased our teaser behind the boat and itwas really cool to watch it work it and try to catch it….

Rubios sportfishing team of Alfredo sr, sons Alfredo Jr and Roberto provide excellent service. We fished for 3 days with captain Antonio for a second year.who is well versed in fishing and has the local knowledge of the fishing spots in the area. He understands and speaks some English. Was a pleasure fishing with him. Will be back next year.
