We would love to warranty to all our customers the biggest catch around but that’s something beyond our control. The sea is different everyday, the current, the winds, everyhting. Despite our fish radar sometimes the fish don’t bite the hook. We have seasons for catching different types of fish but it’s also something beyond our control what fish are going to get the bait.
Despite I was not able to join you on your trip (for some health issues) I have the best captain and mate in town onboard our boats. Our crew is very professional and knowledgeable about Huatulco waters. They all are locals whose been sailing this water their entire lives. They know how to fish and how to get the best catch but sometimes the fish don’t showup.

If you’ll like us to include pick up and drop off transportation all the way to Zipolite this will cost $4000 pesos that must be paid in cash. This fee is extra to the reservation you’ve just made. You’re also free to get to Huatulco by your own means. Let’s keep in touch if you have any questions or doubts.

I’m not sure what happened to my reservation.  But I’m a very unhappy customer. I called on Sunday Feb 9th to confirm we would be there on the 10th. I was told our reservation had been cancelled.  I was not happy because our trip was not a available so I booked for a trip today. We went out for 6 hours. I had reserved an 8 hour trip.  And it was not with the captain I requested even though it was on the Bandit. So we went out for 6 hours today. I’m not sure what phone number you called but I’m the one in charge of the reservations and never heard back from you.
Following are the messages I sent you since SEPT 27th, FEB 10 and FEB 11.

I called Huatalco Fishing Adventures on 2/9 and was told Fishing Booker cancelled my reservation. And nothing was available for 2/10.  So I ended up today on the Bandit for 6 hours instead of 8 hours, no fish and I’m out my $150 us deposit that I paid in Sept 2019. And captain Neri was not the captain today. I was assured Neri could speak english. The crew today was nice but there was a communications barrier. What’s not very clear for us is why you didn’t reach us through Fishing Booker when you called “Huatulco Fishing Adventures” (don’t know that company) and they said your reservation was canceled.

We’ve been doing some research about the person who sold you your second charter and he’s a guy who’s allowed the sell charters on the Bandit, too. Apparently he lives in Zihuatanejo and he does his deals through the phone. He’s not related with our company “Huatulco Fishing Lovers” in any ways. He knows we’re allowed too sell charters on the Bandit too, and it looks like he made you a better offer for “a full day” than the one you booked with us through Fishing Booker.

For what the Bandit captain in charge of your charter said the Zihuatanejo guy charged you $700 USD for a full day. We don’t know the conditions of the charter he sold you and we’re not responsible in any ways of the decision you made of paying for that charter without reaching us through FB.

What’s not also clear to us is why you booked a second charter by phone with someone who said was part of “Huatulco Fishing Lovers” but you didn’t reach that same phone number from the first beggining.

We txted you through FB, we called the phone number under your FB reservation and txt you from my personal cell phone but we never got in touch with you.

We hope you’ve had gotten back to us since the begging.
