- Captain Cliff has over 30 years of saltwater fishing experience, both locally and elsewhere. His qualifications include Small Vessel Operator Proficiency, Marine First Aid, and Marine Emergency Duties A3. He is also a member of the Campbell River Guides Association and the BC Sports Fishing Institute. His two sons occasionally guide in Cliff's absence: they are also qualified to operate small vessels and have experience guiding for lodges across Vancouver Island.
