Was recommended this trip by a friend who said Gone Fishing kept to the local area and would get you onto fish, without a long ride time to get out to sea.  We started with live bait netting in the mangroves, which was really interesting for my son.  Then went to a local wreck, where Russell showed my son (on the computer) how the fish were congregating around it.  We hooked around 7 fish for the half day which was a perfect amount - someone was on a fish at most stages which made it very interesting. ... We didn’t catch but we were warned this could be the case, so lucky to have such awesome and knowledgeable fishermen. There was a chance and we were going for it! Had the best team to do so! Thanks guys it was so great to learn and still had the best time!

Even though the fish weren’t biting Jacob did his best we could see them on his fish finder they just would bite I do not hold that against him I did have a great day and would recommend him to everybody Excellent time was had

Fishing was a little slow throughout the morning, the skipper had no plans or bookings in the afternoon so he offered to take us back out. Caught 2 nice fish at the last spot.  Definitely recommend gone fishin charters 👌👍
