Captain Frenchy, Hubert Sandot is a man of many hats. Articulate, passionate. Chef, pilot, boat Captain. His skills of reading water, water temp, clarity, bait fish, fish movement is superlative with his passion of Charter Captain. Experience of fishing with Captain Frenchy is once in a lifetime; maybe twice, I cannot wait to fish and catch with him again.

We had an unfortunate time because of weather but Frenchy still made our trip amazing!! He really pulled all the stops to make sure we weren’t stiffed, and offered a second trip to try to justify bad weather… in the end we opted to not go but we absolutely had a great time! Would totally recommend Frenchy and would love to go again!!

Great experience with a highly knowledgeable captain. His ability to read the water and put us on fish in tough conditions was amazing. I highly recommend this trip to anglers of any skill level. Captains sense of humor, stories and knowledge of the area put this trip over the top. Great family atmosphere.

Let me start by saying Capt Frenchy is an outstanding guide.  We booked a half day trip for my grand daughter, daughter and I.  The night before we had a ton of rain and wind.  While other boats were struggling we caught 60 sea trout.  Beyond the fishing he is a wealth of knowledge and a true professional.  He treated my 8 year old grand daughter like family.  Just a great day.  Thank you!! See you next year we we are back in NOLA.

From Texas and have never fished Louisiana before. Could have not asked for a better experience. He put was very knowledgeable and put me on fish right away. I was able to limit out on trout within 2 hours and heard from other Captains that they were only getting about 6 fish for the entire boat. Was not only a great fishing trip but just a great time all the way around. He was great just sitting and talking with. I would highly recommend and will be back.
