Dear Richard, I am surprised and quite shocked at your review of our boat and Captain. I understand that the fishing charter that you booked with us was not what you had expected. Unfortunately the type of fishing that you wanted that day was not possible due to it being too windy. Our Captain explained the situation to you, offered to trawl but you decided to come back to shore early. I met you on the beach, we discussed the situation and we agreed there had been a miscommunication regarding the type of fishing you wanted and as a gesture of goodwill I refunded you more than half of the monies you had paid for the trip. For you to give us such as bad review without any explanation is very surprising, especially when I found out later that your wife have been rude and abusive to the Captain. I suggest for future fishing charters that you book you make it very clear what expectations you have so that the experienced captains can advise whether they can meet your expectations in the waters they fish in.
