Drake and Alex were fantastic today.  We booked a full day fishing trip that was action-packed. Drake and Alex knew the best spots, and how to find fish.  We caught tuna and Mahi Mahi. Their professionalism and expertise will be bringing us back for more fishing again. I highly recommend Just the Tip Fishing Charter. Thanks guys!

It was worth the money spending time with my family but was NOT worth the money. if you are a fisherman looking to catch a specific species or just bigger fish than where you live. This year s not the charter for you. We more or less red and white bobbers fished for bluegrill For 3.25 hrs of a 4 hour charter grand + a 20% tip. Then the “boat motor slipped a belt so we gotta limp it back to shore” but made it back exactly on time so they can get ready for their next charter while not having any concern for the motor that was not operating that cut our trip short. They never asked if I’d like a refund or discount or if they can make it up the time lost. Nope it was pay up. If they used the same boat for next charter I will be pissed but I’ll never know. So don’t let them pull the ole boat malfunctioned gotta go slow all the way back to dock be on you

We chose to do an offshore full day fishing trip to get mahi and tuna and Just the Tip did not disappoint.  We limited out on Tuna in an hour which kept us on our toes and we also brought home several Mahi.  We also got the opportunity to go quite a bit out and catch a Rosie which we had never seen before.  Clay and James are knowledgeable and are extremely skilled fisherman/boat captains.  They were also great teachers on different techniques and rigs for offshore fishing since we told them we were hoping to learn from them to help improve our own fishing skills. 

We wouldn’t hesitate to book a charter with them again.  Thanks for a great day of fishing!!

Had a great time fishing and caught a bunch of Yellow tail, Mackerel and Mahi-Mahi. Once the fish started biting, they didn’t stop until we had to pull anchor and head home. The next time we come down we will try or luck with the 3/4 day Mahi and Tuna experience.

My husband and I along with 3 adult kids had a great day fishing offshore. We went 27 miles out and Captain Clay and First Mate Shawn had their eyes peeled for anything (birds or floating debris) that would indicate fish activity. They worked extremely hard to get us onto fish and were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. We came home with both tuna and mahi. The big grouper and queen fish eluded us but they made every effort to find them. It was a great day on the water. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely reach out to them for another charter.
